WHAT IS YOUR MOST UNUSUAL CUSTOMER REQUEST?
Most of the houses that they build, you know, it's cookie cutter. Everything is the same thing. Some people have dogs, some people don't. And people that really love the dog, even if they don't tell you, And you include something for the dog in the design. You sell it like that.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST ADVICE FOR A NEW CUSTOMER?
First thing I would say listen to the customer because the customer rules the whole issue. You would not be in that kitchen tomorrow. So if you're right, it doesn't count. Period. So listen to the customers just what they want. You could advise them if something will look off. But the bottom line is listen to the customer
DESCRIBE YOUR FAVORITE CUSTOMER TO WORK WITH.
I like to discuss budget and the customer that says, let's just go with it and see what it costs. I like those because then I can do whatever I want. I do a lot of attachments. You know, do deco doors and the works and that I like that. When you get restraint, I try to limit, you know, the decorative corners with the look. This makes the kitchen look nicer. But when you don't have a budget. Yeah. Yeah, I like that.
