How can I order samples?
To easily and quickly order samples, please click here. Remember that if you order before 3pm EST, we'll ship your samples same day.
What is the process for damages?
Although infrequent, damages to items in transit may occur. To correctly identify and/or document any issues with your order, please ask your customer to open and inspect the entire shipment, and provide a detailed list of damages with the below information. Please note: your customer has 72 hours from delivery to inform us of any damages to items.
- Provide order number or PO number
- Provide the item number
- Quantity
- Description of issue and location
- Provide photos of the issue if applicable
